PÄNG is a compact rifle rest for the forend of your rifle, developed from practical hunting experience.

It attaches directly to the rifle sling, so it's always ready when you need a quiet, stable, and repeatable shooting position in the hunting ground: when stalking, stand hunting, still hunting, or whenever there's a spontaneous opportunity to rest your rifle.

The advantage over a sandbag or an improvised rest: you don't have to carry anything bulky, and you can't forget PÄNG anywhere. PÄNG is always with you and conveniently attached to the sling, allowing you to quickly switch to your shooting stick*.

PÄNG is ready for immediate use and reduces unnecessary movement before the shot – for more control, more precision, and an ethical shot.

In the hunting ground, PÄNG is the handier, lighter, and faster solution compared to conventional rifle rests.

Whether it's Blaser, Sauer, or a custom weapon: PÄNG is not brand-dependent, as the crucial factor is the width of your forend.

Measure the width exactly at the point where you usually rest the weapon, not at the widest or narrowest point. Based on this measurement, choose the size:

S – up to approx. 41 mm
M – approx. 40 to 47 mm
L – approx. 46 to 58 mm

The ranges intentionally overlap to better accommodate different stock shapes.

Important: the side cheeks of the PÄNG should and must fit snugly on the forend to provide the weapon with maximum resting stability.

If you are between two sizes or are unsure whether your setup fits: Send us a photo and the measurement of your forend, and we will help you with the selection.

PÄNG is deliberately designed as a rest for the forearm, not for the barrel. When resting on the forearm as intended, the vibration behavior of your barrel remains unaffected.

As with any rest, the following applies: familiarize yourself with your setup and calmly check your point of impact before relying on it in the field.

PÄNG is an aid to stabilization, not a substitute for safe weapon handling and a responsible, ethical shot.

The applicable firearms and hunting regulations as well as the safety rules for handling firearms always apply.

Yes, for both. The ammunition holder can be attached on the left, right, or both sides, depending on your shooting position, handling, and personal preference. This way, you can configure your system exactly as it best suits your hunting workflow.

The ammunition holder is available for various common calibers, such as .30, 7x64, 8x57, 9.3, and .222 / .223.

If your caliber is not listed in the shop, please select "other caliber" or contact us before ordering. We would be happy to custom-make a suitable ammunition holder for you.

Nature and our environment are very important to us.

Therefore, PÄNG is developed by us in Germany and manufactured individually upon order.

This is also related to our understanding of sustainability: We deliberately focus on durable materials, well-thought-out function, and individual manufacturing instead of anonymous mass production. This minimizes unnecessary overproduction – each PÄNG is manufactured because it is needed, not produced for stock. Our focus is not on short-lived disposable goods, but on a practical solution that will last permanently in the hunting ground.

PÄNG is made of TPU: robust, flexible, weatherproof, durable, easy to clean, and non-toxic (according to manufacturer specifications, free of health-hazardous plasticizers).

The material is designed for daily, year-round use in the hunting ground and is insensitive to normal weather conditions. In severe frost, it can become somewhat stiffer (like many plastics), but its function as a stable support remains unaffected.

For cleaning, water is usually sufficient; if necessary, a little mild soap, then allow to dry. Avoid aggressive cleaners or solvents, and the TPU will remain flexible and ready for use for a long time.

Yes, with the appropriate shooting stick adapter.

Currently, we offer adapters for the Primos Trigger Stick (Gen 3 and Gen 2), for bipods from Parforce, Stablestick, Pirscher, Deerhunter (M107) and Farm-Land (Askari), as well as the Blaser Carbon Stick (Gen 1 and Gen 2).

As there are many different models and mounting systems from other manufacturers on the market, we cannot guarantee general compatibility for every shooting stick and assume no liability for the fit on third-party systems that we have not tested.

Before ordering, it is best to send us the exact model name or a photo of your shooting stick, and we will tell you definitively what is possible.

Yes. The rifle rest is available in the colors "Earth" (earth brown) and "Forest" (olive green). For the motif, you can choose between deer, wild boar, fallow deer, mouflon, and High Five – or you can submit your own desired motif. You can simply send it by email to

info@waidewelt.com after placing your order.

Please only submit motifs for which you hold the necessary rights; we cannot implement protected logos or third-party brands. We will treat your motif confidentially and delete it after the order is completed. Clear, high-contrast motifs in good resolution that are not too detailed or too dark work best – we check every motif beforehand and will contact you if anything needs to be adjusted.

Since each PÄNG is custom-made by us, slight deviations in color or surface appearance compared to the product image are possible; this has no influence on function, fit, or quality.

Both. You can buy only the rifle rest or a complete set consisting of 1 sling adapter, 1 rifle rest (in your size), and 1 ammunition holder (in your caliber).

Sling adapters, ammunition holders, shooting stick adapters, and other accessories can be reordered individually at any time – practical if you want to use PÄNG on multiple firearms or expand your setup.

Since each PÄNG is custom-made, shipping currently takes place within 3-5 business days after receipt of payment. For personalized designs or high order volumes, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping costs and available payment methods will be displayed transparently in the checkout before you complete the order. We ship within the EU (all EU countries can be selected in the checkout) – for deliveries abroad, shipping times may be extended.

If your destination country is outside the EU, please write to us at info@waidewelt.com and we will take your order manually. We will inform you of the applicable shipping costs.

Yes. PÄNG is an in-house development by Waidewelt and is exclusively available directly from us on waidewelt.com. Our development is protected by design rights or registered for protection (in Germany via the DPMA, internationally via the Hague System). This ensures that you receive the genuine original, including suitable accessories, individual selection, and personal advice on size, caliber, design, and accessories.

It is most helpful if you send us a photo of the forend, the measurement at the resting point, your desired model, the caliber and – if relevant – a motif request or your shooting stick/tripod model. Then we can advise you as precisely as possible on size, caliber, motif, accessories, shooting stick or shipping.

Cancellation

You can cancel non-personalized standard products within the statutory cancellation period. Cancellation is also possible before you have received the goods.

The 14-day cancellation period generally begins upon receipt of your order.

To cancel, please use our online form "Submit Cancellation Request" or write to us at info@waidewelt.com.

Personalized products and custom-made items are excluded from cancellation, provided there is no defect.

Returns

If your order has already been shipped or delivered, you must return the goods to us after cancellation.

You bear the costs of the return shipment yourself. Please send the item back to us complete and securely packaged. Original packaging is helpful, but not a requirement.

Exchange

Have you accidentally ordered the wrong size, caliber, or adapter? Then you can directly exchange unused, complete, and non-personalized standard products after prior arrangement.

Please contact us at info@waidewelt.com before returning the item.

You have two options:

Exchange with our return label
We will send you a return label by email. We charge an exchange fee of €6.50 for the return and re-shipment of the exchanged item.

Return at your own expense
You send the item back to us yourself. We charge €3.90 for re-shipment.

Price differences between products will be additionally charged or refunded.

We will ship the exchange product upon receipt and inspection of your return and payment of the applicable costs.

Personalized products and custom-made items are excluded from voluntary exchange.
