What is Pang?

Päng is a compact rifle rest for the forend — attached directly to the rifle sling, always with you. Whether stalking, still hunting or during a driven hunt: Päng is immediately ready for use at the decisive moment.

Päng is a proprietary development from Germany, with a patent pending.
What do I need Päng for?

Päng stabilizes the fore-end and reduces movement before the shot. In the hunting grounds, this can make all the difference — more control, more precision, an ethical shot.
Is Päng a substitute for a sandbag or other rifle rests?

Yes! Päng is the compact alternative to a sandbag or unwieldy makeshift rests. No extra luggage, no searching: whether you're stalking or on a stand, your Päng is always ready for immediate use.

What size do I need?

Important: Your weapon should be firmly enclosed by the Päng and not wobble or slip.

The right size depends on the average width of your forend:

  • Size S up to 41 mm
  • Size M from 40 to 47 mm
  • Size L from 46 to 58 mm

It's best to measure at the point where the weapon will rest in the Päng. If you are between two sizes or are unsure, please contact us.
How is Päng attached?

Päng is attached to the rifle sling via the sling adapter. Quickly deployed when needed, then just as quickly stowed away – without interfering during stalking, still hunting, or descending from a tree stand.
Does Päng fit every rifle sling?

Päng is designed for common rifle slings. If you are unsure whether your sling will fit, simply write to us before ordering—we are happy to help.
Is there also a Päng for the shooting stick?

Yes, there is currently a shooting stick adapter available as an accessory. It is designed for the Primus Hunting Trigger Stick Gen 3. More models are planned - we are happy to consider your idea.
What colors does Päng come in?

Päng is currently available in earth brown and olive green – classic hunting colors that blend in with the surroundings and match any setup. More colors are planned.
Can I use Päng as a left or right shooter?

Päng is suitable for left- and right-handed shooters. The ammunition holder can be positioned on the left, right, or both sides as required.
What calibers fit into the ammunition holder?

The ammunition holder is available for many common hunting calibers, such as .30, 7x64, 8x57, 9.3, and .222/.223. If your caliber is not listed, select "other caliber" or contact us before ordering.
What is included in the Päng Complete Set?

A complete set consists of:

  • 1 Sling Adapter
  • 1 Rifle Rest in the selected size
  • 1 Ammunition Holder in the selected caliber

Color, design, size, and caliber can be individually selected depending on the product.
Can I have Päng customized?

Yes. For a custom Päng, you send us your desired motif by email after ordering – for example, a dog, game, high seat, a hunting ground motif, or lettering. We will check it before implementation and get in touch if anything needs to be adjusted. You will receive several drafts from us, from which you can choose your favorite.
What designs are suitable for engraving?

Clear, high-contrast motifs work best: not too intricate, as sharp as possible. Photos should have good resolution. We review each motif and will notify you if it is not optimally suited.
What happens to my desired motif?

Your design will be used exclusively for processing your order, treated confidentially, and deleted after the order is completed.
Can I return a personalized Päng?

Personalized products are excluded from exchange and return. Please carefully check the size, caliber, color, and design before ordering.
Is Päng weather-resistant?

Yes. Päng is robust, weatherproof and made for daily hunting. Waterproof and sealed, UV-resistant and buoyant on water. Developed for real-world hunting conditions.
Where is Päng manufactured?

Päng is developed and manufactured in Germany—created from hunting practice, designed for real use in the hunting ground.
Can I reorder accessories separately?

Yes. Sling adapters, ammunition holders, and other accessories are available separately — practical if you want to use Päng on multiple weapons or expand your set.
Does Päng ship worldwide?

For shipping within Germany and the EU, you can order directly through the shop.
How long does delivery take?

We typically manufacture standard products within 3–5 business days. You will receive an email notification from us once your package has been handed over to the shipping service provider. We have no influence over the delivery time.

For custom designs, production and shipping may take a little longer depending on the coordination required — we will keep you informed.
