Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day:

• on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods, if you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered together;

• on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the last item, if you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but its use is not mandatory.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online using the withdrawal function available on our website under the menu item "Withdrawal".

Return and cancellation requests can also be submitted directly through your customer account at account.waidewelt.com.

If you use this online function, we will promptly send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email), including information about the content of your withdrawal declaration and the date and time it was received.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. Under no circumstances will you incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods:

• that are not prefabricated and whose manufacture is determined by an individual choice or specification made by the consumer; or

• that are clearly personalised or tailored to the consumer's personal needs.

At Waidewelt, this applies particularly to products featuring individually requested designs, custom-made products or personalised designs manufactured specifically according to customer specifications.

Return Instructions

Please return the goods in suitable packaging whenever possible to prevent damage during transport. This is not a requirement for the valid exercise of your right of withdrawal.

Voluntary Exchange Policy

Have you accidentally ordered the wrong size, calibre or an incompatible adapter? We voluntarily offer a direct exchange for unused, complete and non-personalised standard products within 14 days of receipt.

If an exchange is requested due to an incorrect product selection, the customer is responsible for the costs of returning the original product and shipping the replacement.

If we provide a return shipping label, including shipping the replacement product, we charge a flat exchange fee of €6.50.

Alternatively, you may return the goods at your own expense. In this case, we charge €3.90 for shipping the replacement product.

Any price differences between the products will be charged or refunded accordingly.

The replacement product will be dispatched once the returned goods have been received and inspected and all applicable charges have been paid.

This voluntary exchange policy does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal or your statutory rights relating to defective goods. Personalised products and custom-made items are excluded from voluntary exchanges.
