Shipping & Delivery Information

Every PÄNG is individually made after you place your order and personally inspected by us before shipping.

Processing times may therefore vary depending on the number of orders we receive. Custom designs in particular may require significantly more production time. Based on our experience, customisations can take up to 4 weeks to process after receipt of your order, depending on the work involved.

Shipping within Germany and the EU

Depending on the destination country and shipping method, we ship with DHL or GLS.

Shipping within Germany

Shipping costs are €5.99.

Orders with a value of €65.00 or more qualify for free shipping within Germany.

Once your order has been processed, delivery within Germany generally takes 3 to 7 working days.

Shipping within the European Union

Shipping costs are €10.99.

Once your order has been processed, delivery within the EU generally takes 5 to 12 working days.

The shipping costs applicable to your order will also be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

As soon as your order has been prepared for shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation. If tracking is available for your selected shipping method*, you will also receive the corresponding tracking number.

Please note: After your parcel has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it may take some time for the first scan or tracking update to appear. We have no direct control over how DHL or GLS processes and updates tracking information.

Actual transit times may also vary depending on the destination country and shipping carrier.

Shipping Outside the EU

Would you like to order PÄNG to a country outside the EU?

Simply email us at info@waidewelt.com with your full delivery address and the products you would like to order. We will check the available shipping options and then arrange your order manually.

Of course, we will inform you of the applicable shipping costs in advance.

Deliveries to countries outside the EU may be subject to additional import duties, customs fees or taxes. These charges are imposed by the destination country and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

Why Does Production Take Time?

PÄNG is not mass-produced.

Every single product is personally:

• manufactured,

• engraved,

• assembled,

• inspected, and

• prepared for shipping

by us.

Every shooting stick adapter is also assembled and checked for a proper fit before shipping. Only then does your order leave our workshop.
