To ensure a clean result, please make sure that:

- the motif is clearly recognizable, the file is as sharp as possible and not pixelated,
- the motif is not too detailed or too dark,
- you own the rights of use for the motif or are allowed to use it for personalization.

We will check the motif before implementation and will contact you if it needs to be adapted for engraving or is not optimally suitable.

Of course, we will treat your motif confidentially. It will only be used to process your order and will be deleted by us after the order is completed.
